Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased from Rivaj Men’s Wear can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling 0341-2535399 in case you want to raise a dispute. Rivaj Men’s Wear looks at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties. 

In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Rivaj Men’s Wear within 8 days of purchase. Upon receipt, Rivaj Men’s Wear shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.

Product/item ordered online can be exchanged at any Rivaj Men’s Wear retail store.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has tampered with.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

Rivaj Men’s Wear does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.

Shipping Policy

  • Courier Service does not allow customers to open the parcel and check it before making the full payment. Please Co-operate with us and the courier.
  • 7 days Checking Warranty.
  • Exchange is valid in case of the defective product claimed within 7 Days.
  • Please select the correct size while placing an order to avoid inconvenience.
  • In case of a size exchange, you’ll be charged Rs.250 after we receive our product back
  • If the product is defective or wrongly sent the company will refund or exchange the product free of cost.

“Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, Rivaj Men’s Wear holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes the sale, season launches, and other promotions.

The customer will usually get an order in 3-5 business days after the order has shipped out. After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 2 days for us to process your order and ship it. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.
